Factors affecting behavior of the intention for using information technology systems and electronic management of Local Administrative Organization of Kongdin district, Klaeng, Rayong

Abstract

This research aims to study the factors influencing the intention to use information technology systems and electronic management in the local administrative organization of Kong Din, Klaeng, Rayong. The quantitative research method involves collecting questionnaires from 390 individuals in Kong Din sub-district, Klaeng district. The results, including percentages, frequency distributions, means, and standard deviations, were analyzed using independent sample t-tests, One-Way Analysis of Variance and Multiple Linear Regression. The results indicated that 56.15% of the representative samples were female, 48.46% were aged 20 or younger, 53.08% of the representative sample had an education level lower than a bachelor's degree, 46.41% were students, and 69.49% had an income lower than or equal to 10,000 baht. The hypothesis was challenged, revealing that people of different ages and occupations exhibited varying behaviors in their intention to use information technology systems and electronic management in local administrative organizations. Motivation for use, perception of usefulness, and ease of information technology systems were identified as factors influencing the intention to use information technology systems and electronic management in the local administrative organization of Kong Din, Klaeng, Rayong, with a significance level of 0.01.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมในการตั้งใจใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการบริหารจัดการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ตำบลกองดิน อำเภอแกลง จังหวัดระยอง การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) โดยการเก็บแบบสอบถามประชาชน ตำบลกองดิน อำเภอแกลง จำนวน 390 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติ Independent sample t-test วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way Analysis of Variance) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression) ผลการวิจัย พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 56.15 , อายุต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 20 ปี ร้อยละ 48.46 , การศึกษาต่ำกว่าระดับปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 53.08 , อาชีพนักเรียน/นักศึกษา ร้อยละ 46.41 , ระดับรายได้ ต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 10,000 บาท ร้อยละ 69.49 ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีอายุและอาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมในการตั้งใจใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการบริหารจัดการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น แตกต่างกัน ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจการใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการรับรู้ความง่ายของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมในการตั้งใจใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการบริหารจัดการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ตำบลกองดิน อำเภอแกลง จังหวัดระยอง ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.01
