THE DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES FOR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIESOF CHONBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The objectives of this study were three folds: 1) to find out the current and desired conditions of building relationships between schools and communities, 2) to study the guidelines for building relationships between schools and communities, and 3) to assess the appropriateness and feasibility to approach and build the relationships between schools and communities under Chonburi primary educational service area office 3. Using mixed methods research, divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 was to study the present situation, the desired conditions and the needs to strengthen the relationship between the schools and the communities. Phase 2 was the guidelines for strengthening relationships between schools and communities, and phase 3 examined the suitability and the possibility of the approach for building relationships between schools and communities under Chonburi primary educational service area office 3. The research instrument used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority needs index (PNI). ​ The results of the study were as follows: 1) The current situations in management to proceed the strengthening were overall at a high level. The total operation of strengthening the relationship between the schools and the communities was at the highest level, 2) The development guidelines consist of six fields were community services. Supporting from the communities. Strengthening relationship with the communities and other agencies. The joint role of basic education school committee. Establishing groups, clubs and associations. Foundations and public relations, and 3) The assessment of the guidelines' suitability and feasibility for development was appropriate and there were some notices to make the guide more complete.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยใช้วิธีการวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพพึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 ระยะที่ 2 แนวทางการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 ระยะที่ 3 ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน การบริหารการดำเนินงานเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ การดำเนินงานเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาทั้งหมด 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการให้บริการชุมชน ด้านการรับความช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนจากชุมชน ด้านการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนและหน่วยงานอื่น ด้านบทบาทร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ด้านการจัดตั้งกลุ่ม ชมรม สมาคม มูลนิธิ และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ทั้งหมด 6 แนวทางในแต่ละด้าน และ 3) การประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการพัฒนาการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินการ และมีข้อสังเกตบางประการเพื่อทำให้แนวทางมีความสมบูรณ์มากขึ้น
