CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER CHACHOENGSAO PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the creative leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, based on the opinions of teachers. The study categorizes the data by school size, work experience, and educational qualifications. The sample used in this research included 313 teachers from schools under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 for the academic year 2021. The sample size was determined using the sample size table by Krejcie and Morgan (1970, p. 608). Stratified random sampling was employed, with school size as the criterion for categorization. The research tool used to collect data was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with item discrimination power ranging from .42 to .78 and a reliability coefficient of .96. The statistical methods used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, one-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and pairwise comparisons using the LSD method.

Research Results:

1. The creative leadership of school administrators under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, both overall and by dimension, was found to be at a high level.

2. The comparison of the creative leadership of school administrators under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, categorized by school size, revealed no statistically significant differences overall or by dimension, except for the vision dimension, which showed a statistically significant difference at the .05 level.

3. The comparison of the creative leadership of school administrators under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, categorized by work experience, showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level in the areas of imagination and creativity, and vision. However, there were no statistically significant differences in flexibility, teamwork, trust, and consideration of individuality.

4. The comparison of the creative leadership of school administrators under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, categorized by educational qualifications, revealed no statistically significant differences overall or by dimension.

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 313 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามตารางกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, p. 608) ใช้วิธีการการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) โดยใช้ขนาดสถานศึกษาเป็นเกณฑ์แบ่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เพื่อการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .42 -.78 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบความแปรปวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ โดยวิธี LSD

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านวิสัยทัศน์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานโดยรวมและด้านจินตนาการและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และด้านวิสัยทัศน์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านความยืดหยุ่น ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการไว้วางใจ และด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้าน จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
