PEOPLE'S SATISFACTION TOWARD FLOOD PROTECTION MEASURES AND SOLVING OF PATTAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to 1.study the people’s satisfaction toward flood protection and solving of Pattaya, and 2. to compared the public satisfaction toward flood protection and solving of Pattaya, classified by personal factors such as gender, age, education, occupation, and respondent address in Pattaya. The sample of this research were amount 399 people who are eligible voter and live in 4 subdistricts in Pattaya including Nong Prue, Huai Yai, Nong Pla Lai, and Na Kluea by surveyed through questionnaire. For the statistical analyses employed this research comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-Way ANOVA for testing research hypothesis, and LSD test to compare the different of the means of the variable at a significance lower than 0.05. As the result, it can mention that 1. the overall of people’s satisfaction toward flood protection and solving of Pattaya is low level by the high aspects which is tangible and empathy for moderate level and other aspects there are reliability, responsive, and assurance gain low level. 2.In comparison, no difference in the people’s satisfaction toward flood protection and solving of Pattaya whether it be gender, age, and education significantly affected people’s satisfaction toward flood protection and solving of Pattaya with the potential participation at the significance at level of 0.05. While. In contrast, it was found that there are different in occupation, and respondent address in Pattaya with the potential participation at the significance at level of 0.05. Furthermore, suggestions for this research It shows that Pattaya City and related agencies are involved in measures to prevent and solve flooding problems. Various measures should be developed. Especially the warranty to enumerate the details of the budget and perform duties as specified. To build trust and affect the satisfaction of the people in the area.

จากการวิจัยเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในพัทยาที่มีต่อมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วม มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในพัทยาที่มีต่อมาตรการมาตรการป้องกันและการแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมในเขตพัทยา 2.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในเมืองพัทยาที่มีต่อมาตรการป้องกันและการแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วม จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เช่น เพศ อายุ อาชีพ รายได้ และการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ประชาชนในเมืองพัทยาประชาชนในเมืองพัทยาครอบคลุมพื้นที่อำเภอบางละมุง ประกอบด้วย 4 ตำบลได้แก่ ตำบลหนองปรือ ตำบลห้วยใหญ่ ตำบลหนองปลาไหล และตำบลนาเกลือ ที่มีสิทธิ์ในการเลือกตั้งจำนวน 399 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากโปรแกรม สำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในการสถิติแบบ One-Way ANOVAทดสอบสมมุติฐานจะใช้ และทดสอบเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ LSD จากผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1.ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในพัทยาที่มีต่อมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละประเด็นปัจจัย โดยเรียงอันดับมากไปน้อย พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งจับต้องได้และด้านความเอาใจใส่ ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากันและอยู่ในอันดับที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในอันดับถัดมาคือ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ อยู่ในระดับน้อย ด้านการตอบสนอง อยู่ในระดับน้อย ตามลำดับ และอันดับที่ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านการรับประกัน อยู่ในระดับน้อย และ 2.ผลการเปรียบเทียบประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ที่ต่างกันจะมีความพึงพอใจต่อมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วม ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ 0.05 จึงไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน ส่วนอาชีพและเขตที่อยู่ในเมืองพัทยา ต่างกันจะมีความพึงพอใจต่อมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ 0.05 จึงเป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน ข้อเสนอแนะทางการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ทำให้เห็นว่าทางเมืองพัทยาและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วม ควรพัฒนามาตรการต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะการรับประกัน ในแจกแจงรายระเอียดข้อมูลงบประมาณและปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามที่กำหนดไว้ เพื่อสร้างความไว้วางใจและส่งผลถึงความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในพื้นที่
