SUCCESS IN MANAGEMENT OF HUAY THUAN VILLAGE FUNDS BAN SUAN SUBDISTRICT, MUEANG CHONBURI DISTRICT, CHONBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aims to study the level of success in village fund management of Huay Thuan Village, Ban Suan subdistrict, Mueang Chonburi district in Chonburi province, and conduct a comparative study of the village fund members’ opinions according to individuals’ factors. A questionnaire was introduced for data collection from 264 members of the village funds of Huay Thuan Village. The statistics used to analyze the data featured frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and One-way ANOVA.

The results indicated that success in the village fund management was overall the highest in all aspects. When each aspect was taken into account, planning had the highest average, followed respectively by organizational management, controlling, coordination, and ordering, which had the lowest average.

The research hypothesis test showed that people with various genders, age, marital statuses, education levels, occupations, and incomes did not have any different opinions on the level of success in the management of the Huay Thuan Village Fund, Ban Suan subdistrict, Mueang Chon Buri District, Chonburi, at the statistically significant level of .05.

การศึกษาเรื่อง ความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนหมู่บ้านห้วยทวน ตำบลบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ห้วยทวน ตำบลบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรีและเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านห้วยทวน ต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนหมู่บ้านห้วยทวน ตำบลบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านห้วยทวน ตำบลบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 264 คน สถิติ ที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่ (T-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนหมู่บ้านห้วยทวน ตำบลบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดการองค์การ ด้านการควบคุม ด้านการประสานงานและด้านการสั่งการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด

ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย พบว่า ประชาชนที่มี เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานกองทุนหมู่บ้านห้วยทวน ตำบลบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี ไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
