FACTORS AFFECTING INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP IN THE 21ST CENTURY OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE NAKHONNAYOK PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study the factors influencing 21st-century innovative leadership among administrators; 2) To investigate the levels of the factors influencing 21st-century innovative leadership.3) To examine the relationship between the influencing factors and 21st-century innovative leadership among administrators.; and 4) develop a predictive equation for 21st-century innovative leadership among administrators. The study's sample group comprised 297 administrators and teachers from the Nakhonnayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, selected using stratified random sampling. The data collection instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Statistical analyses included mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Key Findings Factors influencing 21st-century innovative leadership among administrators were identified as transformational leadership, creativity, and support from administrators. The overall and individual aspects of factors influencing 21st-century innovative leadership among school administrators were found to be at a high level. The identified factors influencing 21st-century innovative leadership showed a moderately high positive correlation with 21st-century innovative leadership among administrators, both overall and in individual aspects. The predictive variables collectively accounted for 50.60% of the variance in 21st-century innovative leadership among administrators. The predictors, in order of importance, were support from administrators (x3), creativity (x2), and transformational leadership (x1). The unstandardized predictive equation for 21st-century innovative leadership among administrators is : Ŷ = 0.402(x3) + 0.380(x2) + 0.184(x1) The standardized predictive equation is : Ẑ = 0.325(Z3) + 0.284(Z2) + 0.178(Z1)

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหาร 2. เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 3. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ขการองผู้บริหาร และ 4. เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก จำนวน 297 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหาร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และด้านการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหาร 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหาร โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง 4. ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ในภาพรวมสามารถพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหาร โดยเรียงลำดับ ดังนี้ ปัจจัยการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหาร (x3) ปัจจัยด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (x2) และปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (x1) สามารถพยากรณ์ร่วมกันได้ร้อยละ 50.60 ได้สมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหาร ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Ŷ = 0.402(x3) + 0.380(x2) + 0.184(x1) หรือสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Ẑ = 0.325(Z3) + 0.284(Z2) + 0.178(Z1)
