A STUDY OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION IN OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS UNDER THE CHONBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This research aimed to study and compare the learning organizations in opportunity expansion schools under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by educational level, size of the school, and work experience, and to find a way to developthe learning organizations in opportunity expansion schools under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group was selected by stratified random sampling of Krejcie & Morgan table using school size consisting of 238 administrators and teachers. The questionnaire tool was a 5-level rating scale, 35 items, with a discriminant power between .41 - .86 and a reliability of .97. In-depth interviews of 10 people using specific methods. The statistics used were mean standard deviation t-test One-way ANOVA LSD method and content analysis. The research results found that 1) The Level of learning organizations in opportunity expansion schools under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall and in each aspect were at a high level. 2) The comparison of the learning organizations classified by educational level and work experience was not different overall. When classified by the size of the school, it was found that overall, being Personal Mastery, Mental Mode, and System Thinking differ significantly at the .01 level, While Shared Vision and Team Learning differ significantly at the .05 level. 3) Guidelines for developing a learning organization include promoting learning, diversity of learning resources approach, psychology and leadership based on good governance, using decentralization, cooperation from all sectors, a mentoring system/teamwork, motivation, providing and using more technology.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรีเขต 1 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ขนาดของสถานศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และหาแนวทางพัฒนาการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามตาราง Krejcie & Morgan ใช้ขนาดสถานศึกษาเป็นเกณฑ์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 238 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 35 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .41 - .86 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 10 คน โดยวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านบุคคลรอบรู้ ด้านรูปแบบความคิด และด้านการคิดเชิงระบบ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมและด้านเรียนรู้เป็นทีม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) แนวทางพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ ส่งเสริมให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ เพิ่มแหล่งเรียนรู้ ใช้แนวคิดเชิงระบบ หลักจิตวิทยาและภาวะผู้นำบนหลักธรรมาภิบาล ใช้กระจายอำนาจ ร่วมมือทุกภาคส่วน ส่งเสริมระบบพี่เลี้ยง/ทำงานเป็นทีม ใช้แรงจูงใจ จัดหาและใช้เทคโนโลยีมากขึ้น
