The Cultural Aesthetics in Qing Dynasty Yangzhou Woodcut Calligraphy to create Contemporary Products

Abstract

Research on The Cultural Aesthetics in Qing Dynasty Yangzhou Woodcut Calligraphy to create Contemporary Products is a study of Yangzhou Woodcut Calligraphy from the Qing Dynasty combining modern design techniques and visual arts principles to create creative cultural works that can meet the needs of modern society from pushing subcultures to public platforms through cutting-edge design and fabrication, and turn cultural resources into economic benefits through modern transformation and promote the development of traditional culture in Yangzhou.

This research uses document research, field research and interdisciplinary research methods, to study the cultural aesthetics of representative works of Yangzhou Woodcut Calligraphy from the Qing Dynasty, explore inspiring ways to create Contemporary Products from traditional cultures, and to create Contemporary Products that have the cultural aesthetics of Qing Dynasty Woodcut Calligraphy.

Research results show that Qing Dynasty Woodcut Calligraphy have unique cultural and aesthetic value under the imaginary expression of cultural aesthetic value, namely the cultural expression of the scholar, cultural expression of artisans, an expression of exquisite beauty and elegance and the expression of the beauty of order and standard which plays an important role in being a guideline for creating Contemporary Products. This research has created a series of Contemporary Products “Impressive Light” that demonstrates the possibility of combining traditional artistic elements with modern elements and is expected to contribute to new derivative forms in contemporary creative endeavors, promoting cultural inheritance and dissemination.

งานวิจัยเรื่องสุนทรียภาพทางวัฒนธรรมในอักษรภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้หยางโจวสมัยราชวงศ์ชิง เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมสมัย เป็นการศึกษาอักษรภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้สมัยราชวงศ์ชิง ผสมผสานเทคนิคการออกแบบสมัยใหม่และหลักการทางทัศนศิลป์ เพื่อสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมสมัยที่สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการทางสังคมสมัยใหม่ จากการผลักดันวัฒนธรรมย่อยไปสู่แพลตฟอร์มสาธารณะผ่านการออกแบบและการแปรรูปที่ทันสมัย เปลี่ยนทรัพยากรทางวัฒนธรรมให้เป็นผลประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจผ่านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสมัยใหม่ เข้าใจประวัติศาสตร์ของเมือง และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิมในหยางโจว

งานวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเอกสาร การวิจัยภาคสนาม และการวิจัยแบบสหวิทยาการ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยสามประการ ได้แก่ เพื่อศึกษาสุนทรียภาพทางวัฒนธรรมในผลงานที่เป็นตัวแทนของอักษรภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้สมัยราชวงศ์ชิง สำรวจแนวทางการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะร่วมสมัยจากวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิม เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมสมัยที่มีสุนทรียภาพทางวัฒนธรรมของอักษรภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้สมัยราชวงศ์ชิง

ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า อักษรภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้สมัยราชวงศ์ชิงมีคุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรมและสุนทรียภาพอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ภายใต้การแสดงออกทางจินตภาพของคุณค่าทางสุนทรียภาพทางวัฒนธรรม อันได้แก่ การแสดงออกด้านวัฒนธรรมของนักปราชญ์ การแสดงออกด้านวัฒนธรรมของช่างฝีมือ การแสดงออกถึงความงดงามอันวิจิตรและสง่างาม และการแสดงออกถึงความงดงามของความเป็นระเบียบและมาตรฐาน ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในเชิงการเป็นแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมสมัย โดยงานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมสมัยชุด “แสงแห่งความประทับใจ” ที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นไปได้ของการผสมผสานองค์ประกอบทางศิลปะแบบดั้งเดิมเข้ากับองค์ประกอบสมัยใหม่และนำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ๆ สำหรับการสืบทอดและการพัฒนารูปแบบศิลปะแบบดั้งเดิมในสังคมร่วมสมัย
