Guidelines for Enhancing the Quality of Academic Administration in the Digital Eraof Educational (Institution) Administratorsunder Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this research study were : 1) Study the current conditions, the desirable conditions and essential needs of academic administration in the Digital era of educational administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) Guidelines for enhancing the quality academic administration in the Digital era of educational administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 and 3) Evaluate the appropriateness and possibility of the guidelines for enhancing the quality academic administration in the Digital era of educational administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. By using mixed methodology, divided into three phases, 1) To study the current and the desirable conditions and the essential needs of academic administration in the Digital era of educational administrators, 2) To study guidelines for enhancing the quality academic administration in the Digital era of educational administrators and 3) To evaluate the appropriate and possibility of evaluate the appropriateness and feasibility of the guidelines for enhancing the quality academic administration in the Digital era of educational administrators. Research instruments included questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussion guidelines. Data analysis utilized frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Priority Needs Index (PNI).

The results found that: 1) The current state of academic administration in the Digital era was rated at a high level overall, while the desired state was rated at the highest level 2) The guidelines for enhancing the quality academic administration in the Digital era comprised five areas: assessment and evaluation, educational supervision, curriculum development, teaching and learning management, and the development of educational media, innovations and technology for educations with a total of 32 guidelines 3) The evaluating of guidelines for enhancing the quality academic administration in the Digital era that all were appropriate and possible, with curriculum development being rated as the most suitable and practical area.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 โดยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ 1) การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 2) การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และข้อคำถามประกอบการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 มีสภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีสภาพพึงประสงค์การบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) แนวทางการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 มีทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 32 แนวทาง 3) การประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้มากที่สุดคือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร
