Abstract: The purposes of this study were 1. To study the fact that “Quality of Work Life” factors will positively effect on the engagement of Thai Temporary Employees to work with Movenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya. 2. To study the fact that “Talent Management” factors will positively effect on the engagement of Thai Temporary Employees to work with Movenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya.The study is based on a sample of 385 Thai Temporary Employees have with Movenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya. The research instrument used in data collecting was a questionnaire. The descriptive statistics that focuses on frequency, mean and standard deviation and Inferential statistics tools were used to test hypothesis used Multiple Regression technique adding independent variable through the Stepwise method. According to the findings of this study, It was Quality of Work Life influenced employee engagement in Movenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya which were social relevance of work life, social integration in the work organization and opportunity to develop human capacities  with statistical significance at 0.05 and Talent Management influenced employee engagement in Movenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya which were resonant leadership, employee recognition, knowledge sharing with statistical significance at 0.05.
