THE ATTITUDE OF EMPLOYEES TO WARD SAFETY SYSTEM IN WORKPLACE OF MANFACTURE PRESTRESSED CONCRETE WIRE IN MAPTAPHUD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, RAYONG

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate and compare attitude of employees toward safety system of a prestressed concrete wire manufacturer in Maptaphut Industrial Estate, Rayong classified by independent variables including gender, age, years of working experience, education level, job position and prior experience in work-related accident. The sample of this study was 200 employees of a prestressed concrete wire manufacturer in Maptaphut Industrial Estate, Rayong. The questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean score, standard deviation and t-test. The results of this research indicated that the respondents had a high level of attitude toward overall safety system of a prestressed concrete wire manufacturer in Maptaphut Industrial Estate, Rayong. When individual aspects were considered, it was found that people or operator, equipment and machinery, and environment had a high level of mean score. When personal factors were compared, the respondents with different age, years of working experience, and education level, and prior experience in work-related accident had indifferent attitude toward overall safety system. การวิจัยเรื่อง ทัศนคติของพนักงานที่มีต่อระบบความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของบริษัทผลิตลวดเหล็กแรงดึงสูงแห่งหนึ่งในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด จังหวัดระยอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับทัศนคติของพนักงานที่มีต่อระบบความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของบริษัทผลิตลวดเหล็กแรงดึงสูงแห่งหนึ่งในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด จังหวัดระยอง จำแนกตามตัวแปรอิสระประกอบด้วย เพศ อายุ อายุงาน ระดับการศึกษา ระดับตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์การประสบอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พนักงานบริษัทผลิตลวดเหล็กแรงดึงสูงแห่งหนึ่งในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทัศนคติของพนักงานที่มีต่อระบบความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของบริษัทผลิตลวดเหล็กแรงดึงสูงแห่งหนึ่งในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด จังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านคนหรือผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ด้านอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักร และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับทัศนคติที่มีต่อระบบความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ด้านอายุ อายุงาน ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การประสบอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีทัศนคติที่มีต่อระบบความปลอดภัยในการทำงานโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ระดับตำแหน่งที่แตกต่างกัน มีทัศนคติที่มีต่อระบบความปลอดภัยในการทำงานแตกต่างกั
