THE CHARACTERISTICS OF SUPPORTING WORKERS IN THE SPORT RACE EVENT BUSINESS OF RUNNING FOR HEALTH

Abstract

The study aimed to study the characteristics of supporting workers in the sport race event business of running for health. This research was qualitative research that employed constructivism paradigm and case study strategy. The semi-structured interview guideline was used to gather data from 7 entrepreneurs in the running race event business. Moreover, data analysis was content analysis that using social science data analysis program. The finding revealed that the characteristics of supporting workers in the sport race event business of running for health consisted of 11 characteristics that were 1) Sport passion 2) Good coordination 3) Intelligent and resourceful 4) Service-minded 5) Enthusiastic 6) Healthy 7) Politeness 8) Duty responsibility 9) Communicative Competence 10) Patience and 11) Problem Solving.

การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านสนับสนุนในธุรกิจการจัดแข่งขันกีฬาวิ่งเพื่อสุขภาพ การวิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้กระบวนทัศน์แบบสร้างสรรค์นิยมและยุทธศาสตร์การวิจัยแบบกรณีศึกษา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างกับผู้ประกอบการในธุรกิจการจัดแข่งขันกีฬาวิ่ง จำนวน 7 ท่าน สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาโดยใช้โปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสังคมศาสตร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านสนับสนุนในธุรกิจการจัดแข่งขันกีฬาวิ่งเพื่อสุขภาพ ประกอบไปด้วย 1) มีความชอบด้านกีฬา 2) ติดต่อประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี 3) ฉลาดมีไหวพริบ 4) มีใจรักงานบริการ 5) มีความกระตือรือร้น 6) มีสุขภาพดี 7) มีความสุภาพมีมารยาท 8) มีความรับผิดชอบ 9) ชอบติดต่อสื่อสาร 10) มีความอดทน และ 11) เป็นนักแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
