THE DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES OF A KNOWLEDGE BASE IN ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY CASE STUDY OF A FACTORY PRODUCING ELETRONICS IN RAYONG

Abstract

This study aimed to study the process of knowledge management and the guidelines of knowledge storage that matched and respond to the process of knowledge management in the electronics appliance industrial factory. The results concluded that The current process of knowledge management derived from the building of knowledge storage by collecting the information about problems and solutions from many projects. It should collect knowledge by supporting to build the body of knowledge more and more. The ways to keep knowledge storage must be the best practice by requesting for information of the affiliated company both in and out of the country and improve the knowledge storage by allowing employees to easily access the information, and then collect it by using the information technology that must be sufficient and consider mainly the users. The guidelines of knowledge storage development that matched and respond to the process of knowledge management by supporting this body of knowledge development to employees, by focusing on sharing knowledge to develop employees in and out of the organization. In term of the body of knowledge that responded to the good process of knowledge management by utilizing knowledge collection to the orientation such as making a video clip for a review or related training, exchanging information and informing improved and new information by an email to employees who can participate in connecting knowledge, searching for information with a key word that should do as a dynamic information. To use visual communication can exchange and expand by connecting with activities and via the smart phone. The preventive guidelines to access personal information should build the complexed access than other information, and should train employees to know how to access easily information, and should build the body of knowledge as many sections, and compare information of own company with others in order to know how to collect information.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการจัดการความรู้ และแนวทางการพัฒนาคลังความรู้ที่สอดคล้องและตอบสนองกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตประเภทอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ผลการสัมภาษณ์สรุปว่า กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ ในปัจจุบันมีการสร้างองค์ความรู้โดยการบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาโดยใช้โครงการต่าง ๆ ควรจัดเก็บความรู้ โดยสนับสนุนให้สร้างองค์ความรู้มากขึ้น คลังความรู้ต้องมีวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศโดยสามารถเรียกดูข้อมูลได้ทั้งบริษัทในเครือทั้งในและต่างประเทศ และการปรับปรุงแก้ไขคลังความรู้ โดยทำให้พนักงานเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ง่าย มีการจัดเก็บโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT) ให้เพียงพอ และต้องคำนึงถึงผู้ใช้งานเป็นหลัก แนวทางการพัฒนาคลังความรู้ที่สอดคล้องและตอบสนองกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ โดยสนับสนุนการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ให้กับบุคลากร โดยมุ่งเน้นการแบ่งปันความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาคนในองค์กร และแบ่งปันกับหน่วยงานอื่นได้ ในส่วนของคลังความรู้ที่จะตอบสนองกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ที่ดี โดยนำความรู้ที่เก็บไว้ใช้ประโยชน์ในการปฐมนิเทศ เช่น ทำเป็นวีดีโอเพื่อใช้ทบทวนหรือฝึกอบรมตามแนวที่ใช้ปฏิบัติ ควรแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล และหากมีข้อมูลใหม่ ๆ เข้ามา ควรมีอีเมล์แจ้งเตือนว่ามีการปรับปรุง ข้อมูลใหม่ เพื่อให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในการเชื่อมโยงความรู้ สามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลโดยใส่คำสำคัญซึ่งควรทำเป็นพลวัตรข้อมูล และการสื่อสารด้วยภาพ โดยสามารถแลกเปลี่ยนและต่อยอดได้ โดยเชื่อมโยงกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ได้ และสามารถใช้งานผ่านสมาร์ทโฟนได้ แนวทางป้องกันการเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับ ควรมีช่องทางการเข้าถึงที่ยากกว่าการเข้าถึงข้อมูลอื่น ๆ และควรฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้ทราบและรู้ถึงวิธีเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ง่ายขึ้น และควรสร้างองค์ความรู้โดยแบ่งเป็นฝ่ายงานต่าง ๆ ให้มากขึ้น และควรมีการศึกษาข้อมูลของบริษัทเปรียบเทียบกับของบริษัทอื่น ๆ ว่าควรเก็บข้อมูลขององค์กรในรูปแบบใด
