SATISFACTION OF PARENTS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER,BANSUAN MUNICIPALITY AMPHOE MUANG CHONBURI, CHONBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aims to study and compare parents’ satisfaction with the operation of the Ban Suan Municipality Child Development Center, Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi Province. The comparison was conducted according to gender, age, education level, occupation and average monthly income. The samples used in this study included 175 parents of the children registered in the Child Development Center, the academic year 2020. The sampled were derived by Krejcie & Morgan approach. The statistics used to analyze the data included mean score, standard deviation, T-test, One way ANOVA. The statistical significance was set at .05. The results showed that holistically, parents’ satisfaction with the operation of Ban Suan Municipality Child Development Center, Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi Province, was at the highest level. The comparisons of parents’ satisfaction with to the operation of the Child Development Center classified by gender, age, education level, occupation and average monthly income, found that different ages and levels of education revealed different levels of satisfaction with no statistical significance, while different genders, occupations, and average monthly incomes displayed different levels of satisfaction with statistical significance.

การวิจัยคร้ังนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คร้ังนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเด็กเล็ก ปีการศึกษา 2563 การกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 175 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อการวิจัยคร้ังนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวนอำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล คือ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว โดยกำหนดเกณฑ์ การวิเคราะห์ความมีนัยสำคัญของสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนา เด็กเล็กเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนา เด็กเล็กเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับ การศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน พบว่า อายุ และระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจ ต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนเพศ อาชีพและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่างกัน ความพึงพอใจ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
