dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is about the levels of happiness at work and relationships with the organization. The sample group in this research was collected by questionnaires from 132 generation Y employees. The tool used was a questionnaire that was verified content validity by experts and the questionnaire has a reliability of 0.88. As for the statistics for analysis data include Mean, Stand Deviation, Pearson's Correlation coefficient. As the result showed that the overall employees’ level of happiness at work is high when considering in order from high to low as following: Happy society, Happy heart, Happy family, Happy money, Happy brain, Happy body, Happy soul, and Happy relax. And the overall employees’ level of relationships with the organization is highest when considering in order from high to low as following: A strong desire to maintain membership in the organization, A strong belief in an acceptance of the organization's goals and values, and Willingness to exert considerable effort on behalf of the organization. In summary, the relationship between happiness at work and relationships with the organization of generation Y employees are positively correlated at a moderate level and statistically significant at 0.05 levels (r = 0.620).en
dc.description.abstractการศึกษาเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ของระดับความสุขในการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของพนักงานเจนเนอเรชั่นวาย กรณีศึกษา โรงไฟฟ้าแห่งหนึ่งในเขตภาคตะวันออก และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงาน ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสุขในการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาเป็นพนักงานเจนเนอเรชั่นวายในโรงไฟฟ้าแห่งหนึ่งในเขตภาคตะวันออก ทั้งสิ้น 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามรวมเท่ากับ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความสุขในการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 8 ด้านโดยเรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านสังคมดี ด้านน้ำใจงาม ด้านครอบครัวดี ด้านการใช้เงินเป็น ด้านการหาความรู้ ด้านสุขภาพดี ด้านคุณธรรม และด้านการผ่อนคลาย ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3 ด้านโดยเรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ความต้องการอย่างแรงกล้าที่จะดำรงความเป็นสมาชิกในองค์การ ความเชื่อมั่นอย่างสูงในการยอมรับเป้าหมายและค่านิยมขององค์การ และความเต็มใจที่จะทุ่มเทและความพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ในการทำงานเพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์การ และความสุขในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของพนักงาน ในระดับปานกลางโดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ( r ) เท่ากับ 0.620 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05th
